Since the Gravel of Legend, I’ve had the opportunity to test a product on my goggles, a so-called superhydrophobic product.
I already knew some hydrophobic products, but not “super” hydrophobic.
After a very, very conclusive demonstration, it was obvious that I had to test this product on my glasses, as I’m always very annoyed when the weather is capricious in terms of humidity (but not only, you’ll understand).
And what a surprise… I can tell you, the fog, the humidity, the drizzle… Nothing can alter my vision!
Then one day, a downpour hit me in the middle of training… and there, FINALLY, I could keep my glasses in place on my nose without having to take them off and fall victim to the incessant spray!!!Since November, I’ve had the opportunity to take part in quite a few muddy cyclo-crosses, with rather liquid mud. Despite this, YES, the visiodry is one of the elements essential for good comfort and performance! I know I have an advantage over the others, and I’m protected from the slightest splash.
